Any Participant, Official, Team, Sponsor, Related Party (including but not limited to parents, spouses and children of Participants, Officials, etc.) or any other person who threatens in writing a legal action against MatchUp League LLC., MatchUp League Directors, or MatchUp League Affiliates regarding a matter that is in any way associated with MatchUp League or has a lawyer contact (on their behalf) MatchUp League, a MatchUp League Director, or MatchUp League Affiliates regarding a matter of disagreement that is in any way associated with MatchUp League shall be automatically suspended from all MatchUp League events until such threatened legal actions or legal disagreements are resolved to the satisfaction of the MatchUp League Directors. In addition, that Person related to he/her/they may be suspended from all MatchUp League events until such threatened legal actions or legal disagreements are resolved to the satisfaction of the MatchUp League Directors.

Threatening legal action or threatening to retain a lawyer regarding a MatchUp League related dispute in a verbal communication with a MatchUp League Director, or Official is unsportsmanlike conduct that may result in suspension or removal from a MatchUp League event.

Anyone verbally threatening or assaulting any Participant, Official, Sponsor, Related Party (including but not limited to parents, spouses and children of Participants, Officials, etc.), MatchUp League Directors, MatchUp League Directors, or MatchUp League Affiliates regarding a matter that is in any way associated with MatchUp League will be suspended and/or banned from all MatchUp League events until such threatened actions are resolved to the satisfaction of the MatchUp League Directors.
